Spooky Crudité

Yield: 5-6 servings


Baguette Crisps:

1 la Madeleine Baguette, cut ¼ slices

4 Tbsp Olive Oil

Sea Salt

Black pepper

Garlic Powder

Green Goddess Dressing:

2-3 Garlic Cloves, Peeled

½ cup Cilantro Leaves

3-4 green onions clean and cut in quarters

6-8 Basil Leaves

½ Bunch Parsley Leaves

1 Lime, Juiced & Zested

1 cup Mayonnaise

1 cup Sour Cream

2 Tbsp Olive Oil

Salt & Pepper

Heirloom Cherry Tomatoes

2 Bell Peppers, sliced in strips

1 Bunch Celery, chopped

1 Head Green Leaf Lettuce

1 Cucumber, sliced

Cauliflower, chopped

Broccoli, chopped

1 bag of Baby Carrots


  • Preheat oven to 400°F. Mix Olive oil, salt, pepper and granulated garlic in a bowl and spread over baguette slices on a sheet tray.  Bake for 5-7 minutes or until the bread has a nice golden brown.  After baked, set aside and allow to come to room temperature.
  • Mix all dip ingredients in a food processor or blender and process until well combined. Place under refrigeration for 30 min- or overnight before serving.
  • Clean & cut vegetables and arrange on platter in a spooky skeleton pattern. Place dip in small bowl and serve!
