Autumn Kale & Brussel Sprout Caesar Slaw

4 full salads or 6 sides


1 bunch Kale, Curly or Tuscan

1 lb Brussel Sprouts

1 tbsp Olive Oil

1/4 Red Onion

1 Honey Crisp Apple

½ Lemon, juiced

2 healthy pinches Shaved Parmesan

¼ cup Golden Raisins

½ cup of Almonds, toasted and roughly chopped

¼ cup of La Madeleine Caesar Dressing

Salt & Black Pepper, to taste


  • Submerge kale in water to clean then pat dry.
  • Slice the kale leaves (discarding the stem), Brussels sprouts, red onions, and honey crisp apple thinly. Massage the kale with olive oil to tenderize.
  • Add all the other ingredients to the bowl & toss to coat.
  • Allow slaw to sit and soften for at least 1 hour under refrigeration before serving & bon appétit!
